Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Austin Malone, a sole proprietor in Wyoming, USA, operator of OVERLANDCOIN. By using the site, apps, quests, community or Telegram bot you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure. If you don't agree, don't use OVERLANDCOIN.

2. Eligibility

• You're at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms.
• You're not on any sanctions list and not in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions.
• You're responsible for making sure that buying, holding or using OLC is legal where you live. Don't use OVERLANDCOIN where it's prohibited.

3. What OLC is (and isn't)

OLC is a utility token on the Solana blockchain used for location-based quest rewards and the OVERLANDCOIN community. OLC is not a share, security, debt, deposit or investment contract. It gives no ownership, profit share, dividend, interest, voting right or claim on us or any assets. There is no staking product and no yield of any kind. We make no promise that OLC will have any value, be listed on any exchange, or be redeemable for anything.

4. Buying and selling OLC

• The OLC presale is closed. It ended with 0 sales, so no presale purchases exist and nothing is owed or refundable from it.
• OLC can be bought and sold on the open market, for example through Jupiter, which usually routes through the public Meteora DAMM v2 OLC/SOL pool. Each swap is an on-chain transaction you review and sign in your own wallet; we don't hold your funds or execute trades for you.
• Once a transaction lands on-chain it is final. We can't reverse, cancel or refund swaps. Prices, routes and slippage are set by the market and third-party protocols, not by us.
• You pay Solana network fees and any one-time token-account rent.
• Referral bonuses are promotional, paid only while the bonus wallet is funded, and may be changed or stopped at any time. Abuse (fake accounts, self-referral) may result in bonuses being withheld.
• You're solely responsible for any taxes on your trades, rewards and transactions.

5. Quests and rewards

• Quest rewards are promotional, limited by daily pools and per-wallet/per-device limits, and may be changed, paused or ended at any time. A fee-covered first claim is offered only to wallets that meet the eligibility rules shown in the app.
• You must physically be at the check-in point. Spoofing GPS, using emulators, multiple wallets or devices to farm rewards, or any other manipulation is prohibited; we may refuse or reverse eligibility and block wallets, devices or networks.
• Your safety is your responsibility. Obey laws, closures, private property and land-use rules, and don't use the app while driving. Quest locations come from public map data and may be inaccurate, closed, dangerous or on private land. You go at your own risk.

6. Wallets and security

You control your wallet and keys. We can't recover lost keys, reverse transactions or restore funds sent to the wrong address. Always check addresses and transaction details in your wallet before signing.

7. Community rules

• No illegal content, harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, scams, impersonation, price manipulation or pumping, or sharing other people's personal information.
• You keep ownership of your posts and photos and give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display them on OVERLANDCOIN.
• Use Report on any post or comment. We may hide or remove content and ban wallets at our discretion.

8. No advice

Nothing on OVERLANDCOIN is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research and consult professionals.

9. Disclaimers

OVERLANDCOIN, OLC and all features are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of maps, weather, alerts or prices, or that smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, swap routers or the Solana network will work as expected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, loss of tokens or data, or losses caused by wallets, blockchains, third-party services, hacks or your own actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your activity at quest locations.

12. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms, quests or any feature, or stop operating, at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept it. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
